Liquid(water) Ring Vacuum Pump

2BV series liquid (water) ring vacuum pumps suitable for pumping gas and water vapor, the suction pressure can reach 33mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum), when the transformer oil as working fluid (called oil ring vacuum pump), suction pressure can reach 6.7mbar absolute pressure (99.3% vacuum), can be completely replace the reciprocating pump. Motor and pump coaxial direct design, saving space, easy to install, easy maintenance.
All - are cavitation protection tube interface, such as working in the limit pressure, open the cavitation protection tube interface (or separator connection) to ensure maximum suction effect under the condition of cavitation eliminating sound, and for the protection of the pump.
Aluminum bronze impeller and diaphragm high strength, durable, and improve the corrosion resistance of the pump. Such as over-current components using stainless steel, can work in a more demanding environment.
Unique flexible exhaust design, will not produce over compression, to ensure that the 2BV Series in its performance range of the best efficiency.
All use Y2 series motor, protection grade IP54, IP55 (usually IP44), insulation grade F class insulation (usually B class insulation).
All use NTN or NSK imported bearings.
2BV series liquid ring vacuum pump can realize all the flexible seals, which can greatly prolong the service life of the vacuum pump under severe operating conditions.

1.上表中所列性能参数及性能曲线（下图）是在吸入介质为20℃的饱和空气，工作液温度为15℃，排气压力为1013mbar的状态下得到的。性能允许差±10%。
2.表中所列工作液流量为配用气水分离器，部分工作液循环使用时所需的工作液流量，如工作液不循环使用，则实际需要工作液流量约为表中流量的2倍。
